Doonbrae House is set in one of the most unique locations in Scotland. Doonbrae is a beautiful late Georgian house set admist 5 acres of perfectly manicured gardens. Upon entry through the double gates the driveway sweeps past Rose Cottage down to to the front of the stunning traditional Scottish house.
In the past we have catered for events ranging from weddings and anniversaries to corporate events or high profile guests in need of a luxury private retreat.
Regardless of your needs you can be assured of the most wonderful surroundings, impeccable service and absolute privacy in this wonderful house.
Residents of the house are able to take advantage of the fishing rights on the house's private banks of the famous River Doon. The lower lawn provides a relaxing environment with stunning views up-stream to the famous Brig o'Doon, the setting for the climax of Robert Burns' most famous poem, Tam o'Shanter.
The house has 5 luxurious bedrooms and two one bedroom cottages within the grounds.
Basic package price £1,500.00 to include the following:
Rose Cottage and The Gables are available for a further £300.00 per apartment based on two people sharing and can join the party for dinner and breakfast the following morning.
Additional dinner guests can join your party at a price of £60.00 per person.
Our event co-ordinator can organise activities and entertainment at your request (outwith the package cost) ranging from archery to falconry and a piper through to magician.
